Terms of Sale
These are the terms on which we sell HOLY! HOLY! HOLY! — written to be readable over a cup of coffee. In force from 29 September 2026.
This page is a translation provided for convenience only. The Polish version of these terms (/regulamin) is the legally binding one.
§ 1. Who sells
The shop at holyholyholy.pl is run by Eryk Panter, a sole trader registered in the Polish business register (CEIDG), tax ID (NIP) 5272881218, address: Przystań 19/1, 05-092 Łomianki Dolne, Poland. The game is published under the 5lamp imprint.
Contact for everything — orders, returns, complaints, invoices: contact@holyholyholy.pl.
§ 2. Definitions
Customer — anyone who places an order. Consumer — a natural person buying for purposes unrelated to their business or profession. Sole trader with consumer rights — a natural person running a business who buys for a purpose that is not professional for them (art. 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act); they have the same withdrawal and complaint rights as a consumer. Product — the PERŁA deck, the ZIARNO deck or the duo pack. Presale — the sale of the first print run before it is printed, on the terms of § 5.
§ 3. Products and prices
Each product is described on the presale page. Prices are in Polish złoty and are the final prices you pay for the product. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Offers with at least 3 decks (e.g. “Duo pack + a gift deck”) ship free.
The presale price applies until 11 October 2026 inclusive. Later orders are fulfilled at the price shown on the site at the time of ordering.
§ 4. How to order
Choose a product and click the order button. You go to the Stripe payment page, where you enter your e-mail, full name, phone number and the code of your chosen InPost Paczkomat locker, accept these terms and pay.
The sales contract is concluded when the payment is accepted — an order confirmation with its details is then sent to your e-mail.
§ 5. Presale and the print threshold
We print the first run only if at least 100 decks have been ordered and paid for by 11 October 2026 (a duo pack counts as two decks). Presale contracts are concluded on this condition.
If the threshold is not reached, the contract expires: we do not print, and we refund every customer in full — product and delivery — by 16 October 2026, using the same payment method. We will tell you by e-mail.
Until your order ships you may cancel a presale order at any time without giving a reason — an e-mail is enough. We then refund the full amount within 14 days.
§ 6. Payment
You pay in advance through the payment operator Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.: by BLIK, by Przelewy24 transfer or by card. We never see or store your card or account details.
The receipt or invoice is sent electronically to the e-mail from the order. If you need an invoice for a company, parish or school, write to contact@holyholyholy.pl with the name and tax ID.
§ 7. Delivery
We ship within Poland only, to the InPost Paczkomat locker you choose. Presale orders ship by 21 October 2026. Orders placed after the presale ship within 5 working days of payment, unless a different time is stated for the product.
If anything were to delay shipping, we will write to you before the deadline passes — and you may then withdraw from the contract with a full refund.
All Saints’ Ball Guarantee: if a presale order has not been delivered to the chosen parcel locker by 30 October 2026, at your request (an email is enough) we refund the full amount paid — for the product and for delivery — within 14 days, and you do not have to send the game back. The guarantee does not cover a parcel that was waiting in the locker and was not collected.
§ 8. 14-day returns
As a consumer or a sole trader with consumer rights you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of picking up the parcel. Just send a statement to contact@holyholyholy.pl before that deadline — you may, but do not have to, use the model form below.
We refund all payments, including the cost of the cheapest delivery, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until the product is back with us or we receive proof it has been sent.
Send the product back within 14 days of withdrawing, to the address in § 1. You bear the direct cost of returning it. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature and characteristics — looking through the cards and one trial game does not go beyond that.
§ 9. Complaints
We are liable for the product conforming to the contract for 2 years from delivery. If something is wrong — a card is missing, the box arrived crushed, the print is faulty — write to contact@holyholyholy.pl, describe the problem and ideally attach a photo.
We will reply within 14 days. You may request a replacement or repair and, if that is impossible or does not happen, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, under the Polish Consumer Rights Act. We bear the costs of a replacement, including shipping.
§ 10. Out-of-court help
If we cannot agree, you can get free help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or ask the regional Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) to mediate. Information is available at prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl.
§ 11. Personal data and final provisions
We process the data you give when ordering in order to perform the contract, as described in the privacy policy.
Polish law governs the contracts. A change to these terms does not affect orders placed before it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights a consumer has under the law.
